Hall Rentals

The Renfrew Community Hall is a centrally located venue in Calgary with three unique spaces to rent:

Main Banquet Hall, Lower West Hall, and a Retro Social Room.

Our venue is great for weddings and pre-weddings, birthday parties, training, team building, sport socials, anniversaries, celebrations of life and company events.

-Audio system for rent, one large speaker with the ability to stream music from a smartphone/computer, plus a microphone.

-Nice Lighting for evening events

-Kitchen with refrigerator, sink, microwave

-10-8' Banquet tables

-Stage with curtains

-Direct access to social room (can be opened into one space with a total capacity of 125)

-Licensing available​

Capacity: 80 max, 50 seating

-Private, newly renovated, open space

-Large serving kitchen - beverage coolers, ice machine, coffee maker, stove

-18-8' rectangular tables

-Stage with curtains

-Large partially covered deck

-Access to playground/green space

-Licensing available​

Capacity: 200 max, 150 seated

Social Room

-Character 1970's era lounge with new chairs

-Full-service bar (RCA membership required, additional fees apply)

-Pool Table, Dart Board, Shuffleboard

-TV with cable and Chromecast

-Can be combined with the West-End Lower Hall for max capacity of 125, 80 seating.​

Capacity: 45 max, 30 seating
