Your participation at this general meeting is critical to the organization. The purpose of this Special General Meeting is to present the audited financial statements for the financial year ending 2022 (June 2021 through May 2022).

One of our legal requirements as an organization is to present the audited financial statements to  our membership. This is usually done at our Annual General Meeting but due to the unique challenges we’ve faced we were not able to present the audited version at that time.

This will be a hybrid meeting.  If you would like to attend in person, please join us at the community hall at 811 Radford Road NE.

We require at least 10 Voting Members (not including Board Members) to attend the meeting to ensure quorum.
